Every client. One console.
A firm is not one company's books repeated. It is many clients at different stages, with different systems and different people, and a partner who needs to know which of them is about to become a problem.

Know which client needs you today.
Firm health surfaces where each engagement stands: what is closed, what is open, what is waiting on the client. The answer to 'how are we doing' is a screen rather than four phone calls.
Weekly digests go out on their own. Onboarding checklists mean a new client's first month follows the same path as every other new client's first month, regardless of who is running it.
Standards run against your own rulebook, not a generic one, so 'the way this firm does things' becomes something the software checks rather than something the reviewer remembers.

Somewhere to send them that isn't email.
Clients get a branded portal with single sign-on for their Microsoft accounts: their documents, their requests, their approvals, and the answers to the questions they would otherwise ask you twice.
Agreements are signed in place, with tamper-evident signature records, so the engagement letter is filed where the engagement is, not in someone's inbox.

Walls that are actually walls.
Each client workspace is scoped on every query, with a firm-of-firms hierarchy above it for groups that run multiple practices.
Staff access is granted per client. Money-typed fields never reach people without finance visibility. A consolidation cannot mix entities belonging to different clients, and the system refuses if you try.

Add the next client without adding the next hire.
The repetitive parts of running an engagement are the parts the system takes, which is what makes another twenty clients arithmetic rather than a recruitment problem.
