Terms of Service

1. The service

TudoIQ provides a multi-tenant financial operations, accounting, and client-portal platform. We may update, improve, or change features over time. If we materially reduce the service, we will give reasonable notice.

2. Accounts & access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for the activity of users you authorize. You must keep two-factor authentication enabled where required and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access at security@tudoiq.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access data that is not yours, probing or breaching security controls except through our disclosure program, interfering with normal operation, or using the service to violate any law or third-party right.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you enter or connect into TudoIQ ("Customer Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it to provide the service. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy and protect it as described on our Security page. On termination, you may export your data, after which we delete it per our retention schedule.

5. Third-party connections

When you connect an external service (for example, an accounting platform or Microsoft 365), you authorize TudoIQ to access it within the scopes you grant, and your use of that service remains subject to its own terms. You can revoke a connection at any time.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described in your order or subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We will give notice before price changes take effect.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only to perform under these terms.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is," and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. TudoIQ does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice; outputs are tools to support your own professional judgment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and each party's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Term & termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable period, or as set out in your subscription. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
