Turn it on. First month free.

No meeting, no salesperson, no demo you have to sit through before anyone will show you the product. You set it up yourself and you own the workspace at the end of it.

How it goes

Three steps, and you are in the ledger.

01

Tell us where the books are

QuickBooks Online, or a trial balance export if you are coming off something else. That is the whole ask. No forms about company size, no budget qualification, no discovery call.

02

You get one link

It opens your own setup: your profile, your entities, the agreements to sign. You fill it in yourself and nobody from our side needs to be on a call while you do it. At the end it provisions your workspace with you as the owner.

03

Import, look, then commit

Load the trial balance and TudoIQ shows every entry it intends to create before it creates any of them. If it came in wrong, the whole import reverses as one unit. Then TAI starts coding, and your first close is the one after that.

What to have ready

Four things, and three of them you already have.

The free month is a real month of the real product on your real books, not a sandbox with sample data in it. That is the only version of a trial worth anyone's time, and it is why the setup asks for your ledger rather than your job title.

  • Your QuickBooks Online loginor a trial balance as CSV or Excel
  • Your chart of accountsas it stands, and rationalising it is part of the work
  • A list of entitiesif you consolidate; one is fine too
  • Nothing elseno card, no contract, no procurement
If you are bigger than this

Multiple entities, an existing firm, or a procurement process?

Then a conversation is genuinely useful, and the enterprise page answers most of it before you book one.
